Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, company, project type and project description. You may also provide a budget range, preferred timing, current systems and preferred contact method. These details help us understand and respond to your request.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information through this form. Project materials that require additional confidentiality arrangements should be discussed before sharing.
How an inquiry is handled
The website sends an inquiry to our backend, which validates the fields and forwards the message through the configured business email service. We use the information to review your requirements and continue that conversation. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Hosting and network services may process ordinary technical request information for delivery and security. Rate limiting is used to reduce abuse. The project planner and readiness questionnaire operate in your browser; their answers are sent only if you submit them in an inquiry.
Private client workspace
Invited clients can access the projects assigned to their account. The workspace stores agreed scope, delivery plans, recorded effort and costs, activity, questions, files and review decisions so the client and authorized delivery staff can follow the work. Public portfolio records are separate from this private information.
Account passwords are hashed. Private file downloads require project authorization. External links retain the access rules of the linked service. Your project lead can revoke access or issue a new invitation. Discuss retention and any confidentiality requirements with your project lead before sharing project materials.
Links and external services
Project links, social profiles and videos may open another platform. Those platforms apply their own privacy practices. The website does not need to load an embedded social or video player to display those links.
Questions, access and deletion
Contact info@sibling.tech if you have a question about an inquiry or want to request a correction or deletion. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and verify the request. Information that must be retained for a legitimate contractual or legal purpose is handled in that context.
Specific project data, third-party processing arrangements and any additional requirements are agreed separately as part of the engagement.
